PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During high-volume periods (launches, sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.


SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We ship all orders using UPS and USPS, depending on the most efficient option for your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • USPS First Class / Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
  • UPS Ground: 2–5 business days
  • UPS Expedited: 1–3 business days

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. These will be clearly stated on our website when available.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


INCORRECT ADDRESS

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages
  • Reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Dirt & Daisies is not responsible for packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.

If your package is:

  • Delayed
  • Lost in transit
  • Marked delivered but not received

Please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to file a claim.


DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of packaging

We will review and work with you on a resolution.
